Tratamento a laser

Pretreatment instructions for tattoo removal

Proper care before your surgery is important to help you get the best results and reduce the risk of adverse side effects.

1. No recent sun exposure, tanning, or at least 4 weeks of homemade sunburn before treatment. Sunlight can greatly increase the risk of excessive/pigmentation (lightening or darkening of the skin).

2. Avoid treatments that may irritate the skin, such as irritating chemicals, depilatory agents, etc., at least 1-2 weeks before treatment and 2 to 4 weeks after treatment. This includes products containing retinoic acid, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid/salicylic acid, astringents, and the like. Do not continue to use these products until the skin has completely healed and all the crusts have subsided.

3. All areas of hair should be completely shaved in the treatment area.

4. Moderate to severe discomfort is expected. Some areas are more sensitive than others. A local anesthetic option can be used if needed/expected.

5. Bruises may occur in this area after Q Switch tattoo removal treatment, which usually resolves within 5-7 days.

Post-processing instructions for TATTOO LIGHTENING

For the best results, you must follow your procedures for proper care. If you encounter any problems or concerns during the treatment, please contact us.

Expecting a tattoo lightning program is a multi-step process. You will most likely have to come back to receive more than one treatment. Additional visits should be scheduled within 6-8 weeks of the last treatment. Keep in mind that in many cases the tattoo may fade unevenly. Please review the instructions below and refer to them if necessary.

Be prepared to make your initial color intensity significantly brighter or darker, and you'll notice that it may appear very red or white immediately after surgery. This should fade with healing. According to the tattoo, the area may disappear before it darkens. This transformation takes time, depending on how the tattoo is applied, the tattoo applied, and the natural healing of itself.

1. The dressing should be changed daily or after the shower for the first three days after treatment. Wash your hands with soap and water before removing the dressing, then carefully remove the dressing, gently wipe the wound with soap and water, and wipe dry with a clean towel.

2. Use the supplied cream or simple oil and cover with a large band-aid or non-stick gauze dressing and make sure the bandage is not too tight. Use the provided localized treatment area to moisten.

3. Ice packs protected with cloth can be used as needed to reduce pain and swelling. Do not place ice directly in this area, making sure there is a towel or cloth between the ice and the skin.

4. Hemorrhage and bruises are expected on the first or second day after surgery.

5. Wash your hands before touching any treatment area. Do not expose this area to dirty or unsanitary conditions.

6. Try not to hit or stretch the tattoo.

Itching and crusting are normal. The treatment area may be scarred, but prevention of scarring is best. The scarring may last 7 to 14 days. Do not remove, peel or scratch the treated area as it may cause changes in scars or natural skin tones. Removing scars can also increase healing time. If the tattoo is in a high-friction area, or if you have a tendency to scratch, cover it with a bandage. Do not shave in the treatment area until all the scars have healed.

8. Blisters are possible. If it does happen, please do not choose or appear blisters.

9. If the face is removed, makeup should not be performed within 72 hours (three days) after surgery.

10. Do not expose the healed skin to direct sunlight, tanning beds, saunas, salt water or chlorinated tanks for 2 to 4 weeks after surgery.

11. You can continue to shower, and gently clean the treated area with mild soap and water, but pat dry as soon as possible (do not rub). Do not expose this area directly to shower sprays, do not scrub the area, do not swim or sit in the spa, and do not submerge the area in the water.

12. If itching and irritation occur, you can use Benadryl cream after the first week of treatment or use a bandage or tape in the area. Excessive scratching of the treatment area may cause additional irritation and possible scarring. Do not use cortisone cream.

13. The skin will temporarily become light or dark after laser treatment. Sun exposure can exacerbate hyperpigmentation (blackening of the skin). Hypopigmentation (skinning of the skin) usually occurs after multiple treatments. Pigment problems are usually resolved over time but can be permanent.

14. Temporary texture changes in the skin are usually noticed, but usually, fade over time.

15. Some tattoo inks, including many lighter and more complex inks, may become dark or discolored by treatment.

16. If the color does not completely fade after surgery, the procedure can be repeated after at least 6-8 weeks after the skin has healed.

17. After the skin has healed, after 2-3 months, the treatment area can be re-tattooed.

18. If any of the following conditions occur, please contact the office:

Bleeding, soaking or dressing that occurs after the first 24 hours

Redness or swelling within 24 hours after surgery

Blisters are obviously uncomfortable

Yellow or green drainage from the wound
Sustained pain lasts longer than 24 hours

Fever more than 101 °F

The best tattoo removal machine today is the Q Switch ND YAG laser. WUHAN SKeily is a manufacturer of medical CE and FDA certified nd YAG lasers.

You must know laser hair removal

In the past few years, laser hair removal has been the gold standard for undressing beauty methods, and it is possible to end the annoying hazelnuts of life, waxing and shaving practices. But considering costs and long-term commitments, making decisions easily is not easy. Keep the following tips in mind before purchasing your first laser hair removal protocol.

1. Make sure you are a good candidate.

If you are reading this article, you are eligible to experience the miracle of laser hair removal; over the years, technology has evolved to treat more and more people. People with shallower skin and darker hair have the greatest chance of success (laser color contrast to eliminate hair follicles), but the use of different systems in some clinics may increase the chances of dealing with darker or lighter hair. If you are concerned that your skin and hair combination is not ideal, check what your clinic is using.

2. Know that not all lasers are equal.

No matter where you go, you may think that laser hair removal is basically the same, but there are currently at least five main technologies to choose from: IPL, Alexandrite, Diode, Nd: YAG and Ruby. They each offer different strengths and weaknesses: (For example, IPL is very popular due to its versatility and lack of discomfort, but may not work well for thicker hair). Once again, what is useful to you depends largely on your particular skin and hair type; check the Fitzpatrick skin type matrix, look at your category, and call the clinic in advance to see what they recommend.

3. Do a background check.

Diode laser hair removal is more complicated than the standard spa, so you need to make sure that the person behind the phone is fully qualified. You can search Google, check the clinic's website or just call them to learn more about the operator's education and experience.

4. Shave before the first visit, but don't wax.

In the weeks leading up to your first treatment, all forms of hair removal from the roots need to be removed, including waxing, tweezers and hair removal. Change the razor about four to six weeks in advance - some clinics require you to shave before treatment, while others require you to have some wreckage (possibly up to three days) in order to lighten the technology on the stock. Be sure to consult your clinic to find out what they want you to do.

5. Avoid the sun.

Since skin color has a great effect on the effectiveness of laser treatment, it is obviously a bad idea to get a golden tan before you visit; the closer the skin color is to the hair, the less likely it is that the laser will distinguish between the two. Most documents recommend full protection of the area from sun exposure 72 hours in advance, and even more if possible. The area will then be sensitive and it is often recommended to avoid sun or sunscreen for up to a month or two after treatment.

6. Expect a small amount of stimulation.

Having a powerful laser aiming at your body may sound rough, but fortunately, it is usually not. People often describe this feeling as if the rubber band creaks on your skin, and machines that use a cooling phone tend to reduce overall discomfort. Basically, if you can handle waxing, you should be able to handle laser hair removal. After that, the red color of the area is quite standard, but it should fade after hours or days.

7. The results will not be immediate.

Shaving and waxing are quick and temporary fixes, but laser hair removal requires you to play long games. The hair does not disappear immediately after the first treatment; it fades away in the first few weeks and takes about four to ten visits to completely eliminate. Also, for your safety, access must be scheduled for about four to eight weeks, depending on your skin type and hair growth. But if you are willing to be patient and stick to it, then you will get lasting, possibly permanent results.

Laser resurfacing understanding treatment

Fractional CO2 resurfacing laser is a treatment that reduces facial wrinkles and irregular skin such as acne or acne.

This technology directs a short, concentrated, pulsating beam onto irregular skin, precisely removing the skin layer by layer. This popular method is also known as wire drawing, laser lift or laser evaporation.

If you have fine lines or wrinkles around your eyes or mouth or forehead, shallow scars of acne, or unresponsive skin after cosmetic surgery, then you may be a good candidate for laser skin resurfacing.

If you have active acne or your skin is very dark, you may not be a candidate. This technique is also not recommended for stretch marks. You should consult a doctor before the surgery to discuss whether laser skin resurfacing is right for you.

How does laser skin resurfacing work?

CO2 laser skin resurfacing
This method has been used to treat different skin problems over the years, including wrinkles, scars, blemishes, enlarged oil glands on the nose and other conditions.

The latest version of Fractional CO2 resurfacing laser uses very short pulsed light or continuous beams that are transmitted in scan mode to remove thin layers of skin with minimal thermal damage. Recovery takes up to two weeks.

Preparing for laser surface resurfacing
Consult an orthopedic surgeon or dermatologist first to find out if you are a good candidate. Be sure to choose a doctor with laser skin surface reconstruction technology training and experience. After considering your medical history, current health status and expected results, the doctor will determine which laser treatment is best for you.

Tell your doctor if there is a cold sore or febrile blisters around your mouth. Laser skin surface resurfacing can lead to breakthroughs for dangerous people.

If you decide to continue with laser skin repair, your doctor will ask you to avoid taking any medications or supplements that may affect your blood clotting within 10 days of surgery - such as aspirin, ibuprofen or vitamin E.

If you smoke, you should stop smoking two weeks before and after surgery. Smoking can prolong healing time.

Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics to prevent bacterial infections. If you are prone to cold sores or fever blisters, you can also take antibiotics.

What can you expect?
In general, laser resurfacing is an outpatient procedure, which means there is no overnight.

The doctor may treat wrinkles around the eyes, mouth or forehead, or treat the entire face. For small areas, the doctor will numb the area to be treated with local anesthetics. The doctor may also calm you down. If your entire face is being treated, you may get general anesthesia.

If the doctor is treating some of your faces, the process takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Comprehensive treatment takes up to two hours.

After the laser surgery, the doctor will bandage the treatment area. Starting 24 hours after treatment, you need to clean the treatment area four to five times a day. Then you need to apply an ointment, such as Vaseline, to prevent crusting. This wound care is designed to prevent any scar formation. Generally, these areas heal within 10 to 21 days, depending on the condition being treated.

After the laser skin is resurfacing, the swelling is normal. Your doctor may prescribe some steroids to control the swelling around your eyes. Sleeping on extra pillows at night can help relieve swelling. It is also helpful to place ice packs in the treatment area during the first 24 to 48 hours after laser resurfacing.

You may feel itching or stinging 12 to 72 hours after surgery. Five to seven days after laser resurfacing, your skin becomes dry and peeled off.

Once the skin heals, you can wear oil-free cosmetics to minimize redness, which usually resolves within two to three months.

You may notice that your skin will brighten up after surgery. It is especially important that you use a “broad spectrum” sunscreen that shields UVB and UVA rays during this period to protect your skin. When choosing a sunscreen, look for a sunscreen that is specifically for your face. Its sun protection factor (SPF) should be 50 or higher.

It is also important to keep your skin moisturized. If you use Retin A or glycolic acid products, you should be able to use them again about six weeks after surgery or if the doctor says you can use them again.

Once the treatment area heals, you can apply makeup to hide pink to red, which is a common color after CO2 laser skin resurfacing. Green based cosmetics are particularly suitable for this camouflage because they neutralize red. Oil-free cosmetics are recommended after laser resurfacing. Redness in the laser treatment area usually resolves within two to three months. However, red may take up to six months to completely disappear. People with fair skin usually turn red.

People with darker skin are more prone to pigmentation. This can be minimized by using bleach before and after resurfacing the laser skin surface.

Complications of laser skin surface resurfacing
Although skin resurfacing does not produce perfect skin, it can improve the appearance of the skin. The potential risks of the program include:

· Burns or other damage from the heat of the laser

·covered in wounds

· Changes in skin pigmentation, including areas with deeper or shallower skin

·Reactivate herpes cold sore

· Bacterial infections

Military white ferrets may appear in the laser treatment area during healing. Your doctor can treat those.

Why choose 808nm laser to remove hair?

The Diode 808 Laser is the gold standard for permanent hair removal and is suitable for all types of hair and skin types - including tanning skin.

Advantages of the 808nm laser:

The 808nm NIR laser is best suited for absorbing melanin, making it very effective in different parts of the skin, and it can easily remove any hair with a lasting effect.

The technology behind all skin diode 808 lasers ensures that the skin absorbs less laser light and reduces the risk of hyperpigmentation.

The sapphire touch cooling system ensures a safer and easier treatment.

How does diode laser hair removal work?

By selective light absorption, the diode 808 laser is preferentially absorbed by the melanin of the hair. Light energy is absorbed by the hair follicles and converted into heat, maximizing energy transfer to the skin. This preferentially heats the hair and DNA while reducing the oxygen tissue around the hair follicle - reducing hair growth. Special cooling techniques are applied during the treatment to cool the skin and protect the skin.

The Diode 808 Laser permanently reduces all skin types of hair, including very fair skin, olive or African American skin. The best treatment is long hair for any skin type. Light hair is difficult to treat. Blonde, red, white and grey hair can't be treated.

Diode 808 laser hair removal treatment for pain?

Most patients experience a warm sting when the laser penetrates the hair follicle. Many people describe this feeling as a blockage of the rubber band by the rubber band. To reduce discomfort, skin anesthetics and cold gels are applied to the skin prior to treatment.

How much carbon dioxide 808 laser hair removal treatment do I need?

Laser hair removal treatment reduces the ability of hair follicles to grow during active growth. Not all follicles are active at the same time, and in order to achieve the desired result, several treatments may be required every few weeks. The number of treatments required to achieve hair loss varies. Most patients have a significant reduction in hair growth from 4 to 6 treatments. In addition, other factors such as hair density, age and hormones may affect the outcome of the treatment. It can be said that you need at least 4 treatments, one month apart to get the best results.

If you would like more details on our 808nm diode laser hair removal machine, please visit www.skeily.com for more details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

PicoSure - Comfortable, convenient tattoo removal and skin regeneration treatment for wrinkles, acne scars and freckles, sunspots and discolouration are preferred and leading choices for pigments.

Q Switch laser is the first in a new generation of cosmetic lasers that not only rely on heat to burn or melt unwanted tattoo inks or melanin, which can cause dark spots on the skin.

Instead, PicoSure engineers use cutting-edge physics and medical science to help practitioners treat patients in new ways. PicoSure does not accumulate heat but delivers energy so quickly (one billionth of a second) that tiny particles of pigment and tattoo ink vibrate and break without burning surrounding tissue. Less heat means less tissue damage and discomfort.

Even more impressive is the revolutionary technology of PicoSure, which uses the body's natural healing process to restore younger skin than ever before. PicoSure uses proprietary Focus lens technology to efficiently convert laser energy into gentle pressure waves, activate cellular signals, the body's natural communication process and one of the most exciting medical discoveries in recent history.

How does it work?

Your body already has the need to help you look and feel younger.

Let PicoSure work for you.

Recent discoveries have begun to reveal the secret language of the body and how cells talk to each other to keep us healthy. Known as cell signalling, this biological communication occurs when cells are damaged and proteins are released, and these proteins are then detected by surrounding cells to trigger a healing response.

PicoSure's PressureWaveTM technology uses a unique wavelength of light (755nm) and a dedicated lens to convert laser energy into gentle pressure. This pressure squeezes the cells, activates the natural cell signalling process, and produces new collagen and elastin without burning or damaging the skin.

Tattoo removal

The new Q Switch Laser Tattoo Removal system lets you erase those unfortunate, ugly tattoos quickly and easily. Dr O'Neill estimates that the average hand size tattoo will be completely removed in three to four treatments.

Acne scar removal

For those who suffer from acne and feel scarred, the PicoSure laser can be a dream come true! It eliminates those nasty acne scars and makes you feel ten times confident. PicoSure breaks down cells in the skin under the scar and promotes smooth, soft skin healing.

Reduce wrinkles

For anti-ageing laser skin regeneration, the PicoSure laser solves wrinkles like acne scars. A small burst of energy is used to break down wrinkles and promote new collagen growth, making the skin smooth and young.

Brown spot removal

Freckles and age spots can also be a source of insecurity for many people. PicoSure quickly removes brown spots without the pain and recovery time of traditional surgery.

Chloasma treatment

If you have chloasma, you know that permanent solutions are often hard to find. PicoSure laser technology provides targeted rapid melasma treatment, much like the treatment used to remove brown spots. The laser targets the grey-yellow patches of the melasma on the face, arms and body through its high-power skin surface resurfacing system.
